Creating a Succession Plan for a Recreation and Parks Agency can be challenging for an agency. This webinar will share the “Succession Plan” and how to create one in your agency. It will also focus on implementation the Plan and demonstrate the three strong components in a toolkit: Mentoring, Knowledge Transfer Forms, and Training & Development Schedule including a Staff Development Series and Supervisory Development Series.
